What we can help with
- Price corrections. If a price on our site looks wrong, tell us the bottle, the size, the shop and the price you saw. A link to the listing helps a lot.
- Fact corrections. If a law, duty rate or brand fact has changed, please send the page and a source, such as a government page or an official brand site.
- Closed or changed bars and shops. If a bar or shop we list has closed or moved, let us know so we can update the page.
- Broken links. If a link on our site no longer works, tell us which page it is on.
We check each report against a source before we change a page. When we make a fix, we update the date shown on that page.
What we cannot help with
- Buying alcohol. We do not sell alcohol, take orders or deliver. To buy a bottle, please contact a licensed retailer directly. Our where to buy whisky guide lists some options.
- Sponsored posts or advertising. We do not publish sponsored content, run ads or use affiliate links.
- Paid reviews. We do not review brands or bottles in exchange for payment or free products.
- Personal legal, tax or medical advice. Please ask the relevant authority, a qualified adviser or a doctor.

We aim to reply to every genuine message, but we cannot promise a set response time. Corrections that affect many readers, such as a changed duty-free rule, come first.
